What Equal House Pro includes

The Free plan

Free is a real plan, not a trial. The Fairness Engine, tasks and chores, the shared calendar, meal plans, Kid Mode, pocket money, routines, wellbeing and gratitude are all included, for as long as you like.

The one limit is how far ahead you can plan: three days. Everything else works.

What it costs

£2.99 a month, or £29.90 a year. The yearly price is two months cheaper.

There is no free trial. We would rather have a Free plan that is genuinely usable for ever than a countdown that turns into a bill. So take as long as you like on Free, and upgrade when the three-day limit starts getting in your way.

Cancelling

Cancel with whoever you took the subscription out with, which depends on where you bought it, not on which phone you are holding now:

• In the app on an iPhone or iPad — through the App Store, in your Apple subscriptions. Apple bills it, so only Apple can stop it.
• In the app on Android, or on our website — through the Stripe billing portal. Buying Pro on Android opens the same Stripe checkout the website uses, so there is no Google Play subscription to find.

Either way, More → Equal House Pro has a Manage subscription button that takes you to the right place: Apple’s subscriptions on an iPhone or iPad, the Stripe portal everywhere else.

Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out, and then the household returns to Free with its data intact.

One subscription per household

Pro applies to the household, not the person. One adult subscribing covers everybody in the family.
