Add a whole newsletter at once with Magic Add
Paste or photograph a school newsletter, a party invitation or a club email, and Equal House suggests the events and chores hidden inside it.
Where to find it
More → Magic Add
School newsletters are where family admin hides. A single email can contain a non-uniform day, a trip payment deadline, a bake sale and a swimming kit reminder — and turning that into five calendar entries by hand is exactly the job nobody volunteers for.
- More → Magic Add.
- Paste the text, or take a photo of the letter.
- Equal House reads it and proposes the events and tasks it found.
- Review them, change what is wrong, and confirm.
Nothing is saved until you confirm
Every suggestion is shown before anything reaches your calendar. This is deliberate — an app that silently added events from a photo would be unusable the first time it misread one.
What it is good at, and less good at
It is good at dates, times and named events. It is less certain about implied things — “as usual” and “the usual place” mean nothing to it — so check anything that depends on context the letter did not spell out.
