Forward emails into Equal House
Send the school newsletter or the club email to your household's private address, and the dates inside it turn up as suggestions.
Where to find it

This one needs Equal House Pro. See what's included.
Every household has an address that quietly runs it: the one the school, the swimming club and the dentist send to. Forwarding lets Equal House read those messages so the dates inside them stop depending on somebody noticing.
- More → Settings → Email forwarding.
- Copy your household’s private address.
- Forward mail to it — or set a rule in your email so the school’s messages go there automatically.
What happens next
Equal House reads the message, works out the events and tasks in it, and puts them in your inbox as suggestions. Nothing is added to the calendar until a person confirms it.
Keep the address private
It is unique to your household and it is the key to putting things in front of your family. Treat it like a password: forward to it, do not publish it, and do not use it to sign up for anything.
What it handles well
Plain, dated announcements — trips, non-uniform days, deadlines, fixtures. It is less certain about anything that assumes context the email did not spell out, which is why everything goes through review.
If nothing arrives
Check you forwarded to the exact address, and look in your inbox rather than your calendar — suggestions wait there, they do not appear on their own.
