Find your way around the calendar
Move between days and weeks, narrow the agenda to one person, and read how busy a day is before you agree to anything else.
Where to find it
Calendar tab
The calendar is one agenda for the household: events, dated chores, school runs and any calendars you have linked.
Moving around
- Swipe left or right to go between days
- Tap the week strip along the top to jump
- Tap a date to open that day in full
Narrowing it down
Tap a person to see only their day. This is the fastest way to answer “is Thursday actually free for you?” without reading four people’s commitments at once.
Day load
Days are marked by how full they are, so a week that is quietly heading for trouble is visible before you agree to a fifth thing on Wednesday. The legend explains the marks.
What shows here
Everything dated: events, tasks with a due date, school runs, meal plans and any linked calendar. Colour follows the person, so a glance tells you whose day is which.
Ticking things off from here
A task in the agenda can be completed on the spot — there is no need to go back to the home list.
