The best family organiser apps in the UK (2027)
There is no single best family organiser, because families do not all have the same problem. Some need everyone to see the plan. Some need a chat. Some need the work in the plan shared out more fairly. Here is what each app is good at, so you can pick for the problem you actually have.
Checked on 3 November 2026 against each app’s own pages

How to choose
Start from the problem, not the feature list. If nobody looks at the plan, a screen on the wall, or a spare screen turned into a family wall, does more than any app. If the plan is everywhere already and one person still carries it, a calendar will not change that: look for something that shares the work out, and measures it.
If you want to plan at a desk, Cozi, FamilyWall, TimeTree, Google and Apple all work on a computer too. Equal House’s desktop version runs in a browser with the same Pro features as the phone app.
Most have a free plan. A week of real use with your own family will tell you more than this page.
Every app named here is a trade mark of its owner, none of which is affiliated with Equal House or has endorsed this round-up. Spotted something out of date? Email hello@equal.house and we will correct it.
