Sticky Hoisin Pork Sausage and Edamame Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 6 pork sausages
- 300 g frozen edamame beans
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 pak choi
- 2 clove garlic cloves
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method

Squeeze the sausage meat from the casings and roll into small balls. Cook in a hot wok with a little oil for 6–8 minutes until golden all over. Remove and set aside.

Defrost the edamame in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.

Finely grate the ginger and crush the garlic. Stir-fry in the wok for 30 seconds, then add the pak choi, cut into quarters, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Return the sausage balls and edamame to the wok. Add the hoisin sauce and soy sauce and toss well.

Drizzle with sesame oil and serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.
