Sticky Hoisin Pork Mince Noodles

Ingredients
- 400 g pork mince
- 300 g medium egg noodles
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 clove garlic cloves
- 4 spring onions
- 400 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Method

Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the pork mince for 5 minutes, breaking it up.

Add the crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce and chicken stock and bring to the boil.

Add the noodles, pushing them into the liquid. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring to separate the noodles.

Toss everything together until the sauce is sticky and coats the noodles. Serve topped with sliced spring onions.
