Ingredients

  • 400 g beef sirloin steak
  • 250 g tender-stem broccoli
  • 300 g straight-to-wok noodles
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 clove garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method

  1. 1

Slice the beef as thinly as possible against the grain. Crush the garlic. Mix the oyster sauce and soy sauce together in a small bowl.

  2. 2

  3. 3

Add the broccoli to the wok with a splash of water. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

  4. 4

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  5. 5

Add the noodles and sauce, tossing everything together over the heat for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

Return the beef to the wok, drizzle with sesame oil, toss once more and serve immediately.
