Lock Equal House
Require a fingerprint, face or device PIN before Equal House opens, so a shared or borrowed phone does not show the family's calendar.

App lock puts your device’s own unlock — fingerprint, face or PIN — in front of Equal House.
- More → Settings → App lock.
- Turn it on and confirm with your fingerprint or face.
After that, Equal House asks whenever you open it or bring it back from the background.
Why you might want it
The app holds your children’s school runs, your address, your documents and the household’s money. On a phone that gets handed round, or left on a kitchen table, that is more than most people would choose to leave open.
What it does and does not cover
It covers the whole app, including invite links tapped from a message. A deep link cannot be used to slip past the lock.
It does not cover Kid Mode. A child signed in on their own device is in a separate, restricted view that never shows the grown-up side.
It uses your device’s security, not a separate password. If your phone has no fingerprint, face or PIN set up, the option cannot be turned on — set one up in your phone’s settings first.
