Say thank you
Note the things someone did that you noticed — the counterweight to an app that is otherwise mostly about what has not been done.
Where to find it
More → Gratitude
Equal House spends most of its time measuring work and pointing out imbalance. Gratitude is the deliberate other half.

Why it is a feature and not a nice idea
Because a household running on a fairness score alone becomes a household keeping score. The research on this is fairly blunt: noticing what a partner does predicts how a relationship goes rather better than dividing the chores evenly does.
Three a day
The screen encourages a small number rather than a long list. Three specific things beats a page of general goodwill, and it is achievable on a bad day.
Who sees it
The person you wrote it about, and the household. That is the point — an unshared thank-you is a diary entry.
