Set an exercise plan
Give a grown-up in the household a weekly exercise plan whose sessions land on their Tasks list, on the days they fall.
Where to find it
Tasks tab → Press and hold a grown-up's picture
Exercise is the thing that gets dropped first when a household is busy, and usually by the person already doing the most.
- On the Tasks tab, press and hold a grown-up’s picture in the row of people at the top. A tap filters the list to their jobs, so it has to be a press and hold.
- Add their sessions: what, which day and for how long.
- Confirm the readiness check, then tap Save plan & add this week.
Why it belongs in a household app
Because “I’ll go for a run at some point” loses to a named commitment everyone can see, every single time. Putting a session in the family’s week means the household can plan around it, rather than it being squeezed into the gap that never comes.
Where the sessions show
Saving adds this week’s sessions to that person’s list on the Tasks tab, each on its day and marked Personal. They are not on the calendar.
A personal session doesn’t count towards the Fairness Score, and Auto-Balance never moves it: time spent on your own health isn’t household work, and nobody else can do it for you.
