Thai-Style Steamed Sea Bass with Ginger & Lime

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 30 g fresh ginger
- 2 clove garlic cloves
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 lime
- 2 bok choi
- 15 g fresh coriander
Method

Finely slice the ginger, garlic, and lemongrass. Mix with the fish sauce and lime juice to make the steaming liquor.

Place the bok choi in a steamer basket and lay the sea bass fillets on top.

Spoon the ginger and lime mixture over the fish.

Steam over a pan of simmering water for 8–10 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.

Scatter with fresh coriander and serve with steamed jasmine rice.
