  • 150 g full-fat cream cheese
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 g fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp capers

Method

    Split and lightly toast the bagels.

    Mix the cream cheese with a squeeze of lemon juice, snipped dill and a pinch of black pepper.

    Spread the cream cheese mixture generously over the cut sides of each bagel.

    Layer the smoked salmon over the bottom halves. Top with thin slices of cucumber and a few capers.
