Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagels with Capers

Ingredients
- 4 plain bagels
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 red onion
- 1 lemon
- 15 g fresh dill
Method

Slice the red onion as thinly as possible. Cut the lemon into wedges.

Split and lightly toast the bagels.

Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on the cut side of each bagel half.

Lay the smoked salmon over the bottom halves, folding it loosely.

Scatter over the capers, red onion slices and fresh dill fronds.

Squeeze over a little lemon juice, top with the bagel lid and serve immediately.
