Quick Teriyaki Salmon with Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 300 g straight-to-wok noodles
  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 200 g tenderstem broccoli
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

    Brush the salmon fillets generously with the teriyaki sauce.

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes more. Set aside.

    In the same pan, stir-fry the tenderstem broccoli for 3 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

    Add the noodles and soy sauce to the pan, tossing everything together for 2 minutes until heated through.

    Drizzle over the sesame oil and divide between bowls.

    Top each bowl with a salmon fillet and scatter over the sesame seeds to serve.
