  • 400 g pork chipolatas
  • 350 g penne pasta
  • 2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes

Method

    Cook the penne in a large pan of salted boiling water according to packet instructions.

    Meanwhile, cut the red onions into wedges. Twist the chipolatas into cocktail-size sausages and separate.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Fry the sausages and onion wedges together for 6-7 minutes, turning, until golden.

    Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until they begin to burst.

    Stir in the mustard and honey to coat everything in a sticky glaze.

    Drain the pasta and toss through the sausage mixture. Season to taste and serve immediately.
