Honey Garlic Pork Meatball Bake
Ingredients
- 500 g pork mince
- 4 clove garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 50 g dried breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Mince the garlic. In a large bowl, combine the pork mince, breadcrumbs, egg, mixed herbs, half the garlic, and salt and pepper.

Roll into 20 equal-sized meatballs and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.

Bake for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and remaining garlic in a small bowl.

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Cool completely, then freeze in a single layer before transferring to bags. Reheat from frozen in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
