Cumberland Sausage and Baked Bean Tray Bake

Ingredients

• 8 Cumberland sausages
• 800 g baked beans
• 500 g baby new potatoes
• 1 red onion
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method

   Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Halve the new potatoes and cut the red onion into wedges.

   Toss the potatoes and onion with the oil and paprika on a large baking tray. Roast for 15 minutes.

   Nestle the sausages among the potatoes and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes, turning once.

   Mix the baked beans with the Worcestershire sauce and pour over the tray.

   Return to the oven for 10 minutes until bubbling and the sausages are cooked through. Serve straight from the tray.
