Butter Chicken Loaded Fries
Ingredients
- 800 g frozen oven chips
- 500 g boneless chicken thighs
- 350 g butter chicken sauce (jar)
- 50 ml double cream
- 20 g butter
- 15 g fresh coriander
- 0.5 red onion
- 100 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Method

Cook the frozen chips according to packet instructions until crispy and golden.

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over high heat and fry chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden.

Pour in the butter chicken sauce and double cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is rich and glossy.

Pile the crispy chips onto a large sharing platter or individual plates.

Spoon the butter chicken generously over the chips.

Drizzle with natural yoghurt, scatter with fresh coriander and finely diced red onion. Serve immediately.
