Add notes to a task
Attach a how-to, a shopping list or a voice note to a chore, so the next person to do it does not have to ask.
Where to find it
Open a task → Notes
A lot of household knowledge lives in one person’s head: which setting the machine wants, where the spare key is, what the neighbour’s dog is called. Notes are where that goes so it stops being a reason only one person can do a job.
- Open the task.
- Tap Notes.
- Type it, or record a voice note.
Voice notes
Useful for the things nobody wants to type — a long how-to, or a message to a child who reads slowly. Tap the microphone and talk.
Why this matters for fairness
The most stubborn kind of imbalance is not laziness, it is knowledge. If only one person knows how the boiler timer works, that job cannot move to anybody else no matter how the score looks. Writing it down is one of the few things that genuinely redistributes work.
